These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you and olx90 in connection with your use of the platform. Please read them carefully. Registering for and using an olx90 account constitutes your acceptance of these terms in full.
Access to olx90 is strictly limited to persons aged 21 years or older. Age is verified at registration and upon first withdrawal. Accounts found to be underage are permanently closed and funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
Each individual may register and operate only one olx90 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created to abuse bonuses or for any other purpose — are grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All financial activity on olx90 — deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — is conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign exchange conversion is applied. Player funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used for operational purposes.
All promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and free bets, are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits. Attempting to circumvent bonus terms through arbitrage, multi-accounting, or other prohibited means results in bonus forfeiture.
olx90 provides mandatory responsible gaming tools — deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion — to all account holders. Responsible gaming protections may override promotional eligibility where a player's safety is a concern.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which olx90 holds its international gaming licence. Disputes are subject to the dispute resolution procedures specified herein, including mandatory escalation before arbitration proceedings.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("TERMS") CAREFULLY. By accessing, registering, or using the olx90 platform at olx90.bid (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for an olx90 account and to access any real-money gaming or betting service on the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. olx90 applies a strict no-exceptions policy to this requirement. Players found to be underage upon KYC verification will have their accounts immediately and permanently closed. Any Real Money Balance remaining in an underage account will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any amounts won using the Platform's services. Any Bonus Balance will be immediately forfeited.
2.2 Personal Registration. You must register using your own, accurate personal information. You may not register on behalf of another person, use fictitious details, or misrepresent any material information during registration. Each natural person is entitled to register only one Account. olx90 reserves the right to require documentary proof of any information provided at registration at any time.
2.3 Geographic Restrictions. The Platform is intended for use by adults in jurisdictions where accessing and using such services is lawful. It is your personal responsibility to verify that accessing and using the Platform is legal in your location before registering. olx90 does not represent that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Players accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
Important: Providing false information during registration — including falsifying your age, name, or payment method ownership — is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud. olx90 will report suspected fraudulent registrations to relevant authorities where required.
2.4 KYC Verification. olx90 may request identity verification documents (including CNIC or passport) at any point during the lifecycle of your account — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time our compliance team deems it necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in our request will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. olx90 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify olx90 support immediately.
3.2 Account Activity. All activity conducted through your account — including deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and in-platform communications — is your sole responsibility. Transactions cannot be reversed after they have been processed except where olx90 determines an error has occurred on its part.
3.3 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. olx90 may apply an inactivity administration fee of up to PKR 200 per month to inactive account balances following notification to the registered email or mobile number. Where an account balance reaches zero as a result of inactivity fees, the account may be closed. olx90 will make reasonable attempts to notify Players before inactivity fees begin accruing.
3.4 Accurate Information Maintenance. You are obligated to keep your registered contact information current and accurate. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may affect olx90's ability to communicate important account notifications, including security alerts and KYC requests.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. olx90 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT (TRC20 network), and Retail Cash. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) except USDT transactions, which are converted to and from PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction. No foreign exchange fees are applied by olx90 to PKR-denominated transactions.
4.2 Deposit Requirements. The minimum deposit is PKR 500 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa and PKR 1,000 via bank transfer. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. olx90 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers. Deposits must originate from a payment account in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours (24/7) are processed by olx90 within an average of seven (7) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa channels. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to sixty (60) minutes. Processing times are estimates and may be extended during peak periods or where a compliance review is triggered. The minimum withdrawal is PKR 500 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa.
4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account in the registered Player's name. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts belonging to third parties. olx90 reserves the right to request verification of the Player's ownership of any payment account before processing a withdrawal. For first-time withdrawals above PKR 100,000, KYC documentation must be submitted and verified before the withdrawal is released.
Player Fund Protection: All player deposits are held in segregated bank accounts, separate from olx90's operational funds. This means your deposited balance is not used to fund olx90's operations and is protected in the event of operational disruption.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. olx90 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We are obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities. Patterns of deposit and withdrawal activity inconsistent with normal gaming behaviour, or involving rapid cycling of funds without significant gaming activity, may trigger an AML review and suspension of withdrawal functionality pending that review.
5.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers are available to eligible registered Players in accordance with the specific terms of each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers are available to Players who (a) have a verified account, (b) are not self-excluded, (c) have not previously abused a promotional offer, and (d) meet any minimum deposit requirement specified in the promotion's terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your Bonus Balance are subject to wagering requirements before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be transferred to your Real Money Balance or withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonuses not satisfied within this period expire without conversion to real money.
5.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Slot games typically contribute 100% of wager value. Live dealer table games, virtual table games, and sports bets may contribute a reduced percentage. The game contribution schedule applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's specific terms.
5.4 Abuse and Forfeiture. olx90 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where there is evidence that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once; placing low-risk wagers designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent; and coordinating with other Players to exploit promotions. olx90's determination of bonus abuse is final.
5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. olx90 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice to affected Players where the offer has already been activated. Changes to active promotions will not retroactively affect wagering requirements already in progress.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the Platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to play in accordance with those rules. olx90 is not liable for losses resulting from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or software error affecting game outcome or payout, olx90 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the relevant wager to the Player's Real Money Balance. No winnings derived from a demonstrably malfunctioning game are valid. olx90 will investigate reported technical malfunctions promptly and communicate the outcome to affected Players.
6.3 RNG Certification. All virtual games on the Platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by an accredited independent testing laboratory. Certified RNG systems ensure that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including olx90.
6.4 Sports Betting. Sports betting results are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event as published by the relevant governing body. olx90 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where incorrect odds were published due to human or technical error. Settlement of cricket betting markets, including PSL markets, follows the official results published by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or relevant tournament organiser.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct is grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate:
8.1 Commitment. olx90 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. We provide a suite of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity and recognise and respond to problem gambling. These tools are available in every account's settings at all times.
8.2 Available Tools. All Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly); (b) loss limits (daily, weekly, and monthly); (c) session time limits with mandatory break reminders; (d) reality checks — periodic notifications displaying time spent in session and net gaming result; and (e) self-exclusion, available for periods of one month, three months, six months, twelve months, or indefinitely.
8.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude must submit a request through their account settings or via olx90 support. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of request confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account is suspended and they are prohibited from re-registering. Winnings accumulated during an improperly continued session by a self-excluded Player are void. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once set.
8.4 Age Restriction. olx90 maintains a strict 21+ age policy as detailed in Section 2. We implement technical age verification measures and conduct periodic spot-check KYC reviews to ensure ongoing compliance with this requirement.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, game assets, text, graphics, trademarks, and the olx90 brand identity — is either owned by olx90 or licenced to olx90 by its respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any Platform content beyond a limited, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
9.2 Restrictions. You may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from olx90. Scraping, data-mining, or systematic extraction of Platform data is expressly prohibited.
The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by olx90 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the olx90 Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect personal data during registration, KYC, and Platform use; how we use that data; who we may share it with; and what rights you have in relation to your personal data.
11.1 No Warranty. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. olx90 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the Platform will meet your particular requirements.
11.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, olx90's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount of Real Money deposited by you to your account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Exclusion. olx90 is not liable for: (a) loss of profits; (b) loss of data; (c) indirect or consequential loss; (d) losses arising from your reliance on information available through the Platform; or (e) losses arising from events outside olx90's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, third-party payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
Gambling carries inherent financial risk. You may lose the money you deposit. olx90 is not responsible for gambling-related losses, which are a normal and expected outcome of gaming and betting activity. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.
12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your olx90 account at any time by submitting a closure request via account settings or support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account (less any amounts subject to pending compliance review) will be returned to your verified payment method within fourteen (14) business days. Any Bonus Balance is immediately forfeited upon account closure.
12.2 Suspension by olx90. olx90 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) a KYC or AML review is underway and has not been resolved; (c) account activity suggests problem gambling requiring intervention; (d) fraudulent activity is detected; or (e) continuing to maintain the account would violate applicable law or our licence conditions.
12.3 Balance on Termination. Where an account is suspended or terminated by olx90 for breach of these Terms, the disposition of any remaining Real Money Balance is subject to the nature of the breach. olx90 will communicate the outcome of any balance review within ten (10) business days of account closure.
13.1 Complaint Process. If you have a complaint relating to your olx90 account or Platform services, you must first submit it to olx90 support in writing. We will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and aim to provide a full response within ten (10) business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction at the first-tier support level, it may be escalated to the olx90 compliance team for final determination.
13.2 Governing Law. These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which olx90 holds its international gaming licence. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaint process.
13.3 Time Limitation. Any claim arising from your use of the Platform must be submitted to olx90 within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted outside this limitation period will not be entertained.
olx90 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect. Minor amendments — including corrections, clarifications, and updates reflecting legal or regulatory changes — may take effect immediately.
